DIPLOMA: PROFESSIONAL COOKERY (NQF5) – 2 YEARS
The Professional Cookery Diploma targets the individual who possesses a creatve fair, enjoys challenges and wants to work in the kitchen environment.
Students studying the course will be taken through a wide range of creatve skills devel- opment. The students are taught from basics to how to prepare a range of cuisines, to hygiene, menu planning, food costng, budget planning and a range of other management skills.
